Sell your house exactly as it is

Yes, we buy houses as-is. You do not repair, paint, clean out or stage anything. We look at the house the way it stands today and make an offer based on the property and your situation.

What does as-is really mean?

It means the work is ours, not yours. An old roof, a tired kitchen, settled floors, a yard that got away from you, rooms still full of belongings. You do not fix or hide any of it. You tell us what you know about the house, and we take it from there.

Why do repair-heavy houses stall on the open market?

A house that needs work often meets the same wall in a traditional sale. Buyers who use a bank loan need a house that passes an inspection and an appraisal. Showings are hard when the house is not ready to be seen. Repair requests come back after the inspection, and an agent commission comes out at the end.

When the money to fix the house is not there, the sale can sit for months while the bills continue. Selling as-is takes those steps off the table.

How is the offer decided?

Every offer is based on the specific property and situation. We do not quote a number before we have looked at the house and the loan, because any number given blind would be a guess. When we do give an offer, we show how we got there.

What does the house need to look like for us?

Our co-living homes are 4-plus bedrooms, 2-plus baths, 2,000-plus square feet, near public transit. If your house fits, we can buy it and prepare it. If it does not fit, we may still pass it to our network of investor buyers, so you do not leave with nothing but a no.

What happens to the house after we buy it?

We prepare it as a turnkey co-living home, which includes the repairs you did not have to make. Then it is leased whole to a housing partner. Where there was a burden, there is now a place for people to live.

Do I have to clean out the house?

What if my house has fewer than four bedrooms?

Our co-living homes are 4-plus bedrooms and 2-plus baths. If your house does not fit, we may still pass it to our network of investor buyers, so you still get an answer.
