How can investors and lenders work with us?

Three doors, all small and simple.

Joint venture partners

You bring capital or expertise, we bring the sourcing and the housing partner relationships. Terms are set deal by deal.

Private lenders

You lend against a house, secured by the property, on terms agreed up front. We keep communication direct and plain.

Investor buyers

Some houses we see do not fit our co-living spec. We may pass those along to buyers in our network, through wholesale or joint venture arrangements.

What should you expect from us?

A direct answer. We tell you what we are working on, which markets, and how a deal is structured. We do not promise returns or outcomes, and we would be uneasy with anyone who did. Real estate carries risk, and we say so.

Why does this connect to housing?

Each of our deals ends in a house. If it fits, the house becomes a co-living home for a housing partner. If it does not, the investor network gives the seller an answer and gives the house a new owner. Either way, the work starts with someone who needed to sell.
